These Terms of Service govern your use of the ATLAS platform to browse, book, and list yacht charters across the UAE. By creating an account or completing a booking, you agree to the terms below.
By accessing or using ATLAS, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding charter agreement. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you accept these terms for every guest in your party.
All charter prices are shown in your selected currency and include VAT unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed only once payment is authorized and the host accepts the request. ATLAS holds funds in escrow until the charter is completed.
Cancellation windows and refund percentages vary by listing and are shown before you confirm a booking. Hosts who cancel confirmed charters without a valid reason may be suspended from the platform.
Hosts are responsible for maintaining valid maritime licenses, insurance, and safety equipment on every vessel listed on ATLAS, and for ensuring their crew meets UAE Coastguard requirements.
ATLAS operates as a marketplace connecting guests with independent vessel owners and operators. ATLAS is not the operator of any yacht and is not liable for the conduct, seaworthiness, or safety practices of third-party hosts.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data ATLAS collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have over that data.
We collect the information you provide directly — name, phone number, email, payment details, and identity documents required for Coastguard verification — along with booking history and device information.
Your data is used to process bookings, verify identity for security compliance, communicate with hosts and guests, prevent fraud, and improve the ATLAS experience.
We share only what's necessary with payment processors, identity verification providers, and hosts you book with. ATLAS never sells your personal data to advertisers.
We retain booking and identity records as required by UAE maritime and financial regulations. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, subject to those legal retention requirements.

ATLAS Links FZCO is registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) in the United Arab Emirates and complies with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
All prices displayed on ATLAS are VAT-inclusive unless explicitly stated otherwise. Our Tax Registration Number (TRN) is available on every invoice issued through the platform.
A VAT-compliant invoice is generated automatically for every completed booking and is available for download from your account under Bookings.
Hosts operating as VAT-registered businesses are responsible for reporting their own charter income to the FTA in accordance with UAE tax law. ATLAS does not file taxes on behalf of hosts.
